According to Buddhist Structure in the Triple Gem, is Buddha, Dhamma and Sangha. We can apply the Buddhist Structure to business management. Buddha means mother, enlightening and teacher , who can be compared to organization. Dhamma , the representative of mother (Buddha), is the Doctrine or the rule to do, comparing to manual, the company �s rules, the operation authority, standards, operation plan, organization culture and vision. Sangha ,who take the Dhamma to implement and teaching, can be compared to all level of employees, contractors and suppliers.Dhamma is the most interesting topics, which we can apply to Buddhist Style in Management (Budmgt) by using KIR Cycle, composed of Knowledge (Philosophy and Truths) , Implement (Work Expertise, Action and Control) and Results (Resulting Approach) . Knowledge Dhamma is composed of Tripitaka or the Three Baskets ,which are Discipline, Discourse and Sublime. We can compare to business in 3 groups as : Regulation Group,i.e : the rule and authority, Management and Standard Group,i.e. : ISO ,TIS, TQM ,TPM ,Six Sigma etc. and High Level of Management Group such as marketing, financial, leadership, production and operation, information and technology, strategy and business results. Implement Dhamma is composed of triple study topics , wisdom, physical action and mental action. We can compare to business in 3 groups as Knowledge Group, for viewing point or paradigm and systematic thinking for problem solving and improvement; Operation and Rule Group , such as work operation, information and business ethics and Focus Group, such as effort to continual improvement, warning point for quality of work and focus action for business target. Results Dhamma is composed of paths, results and Nirvana, which can be compared to 3 groups in business as follow: Success Methods Group,(Best Practice) , Business Performance Index Group, such as profit, morale, happiness, customer and employee satisfaction and Vision Group, or the happiness from results in extreme point such as survival ,good life, sustainable, become leader and international . Summary the Budmgt is KIR Cycle : Knowledge � Implement � Results the cycle continual improvement which must be rotated to nirvana or ultimated extreme target. The Dhamma which support the Budmgt are Yonisomanasikanra (Principle of thinking or analytical reflection), Kalamasutha 10 (Belief Concept when usefulness and good results or Management by Facts), Itapajayata (Cause transfer principle as 3 topics; the rule, transformation and results), the Dependent Origination (Problem Chain or Root Cause Analysis), Power 5 (Successfulness Power as 5 topics; confidence, effort, mindfulness, focus and wisdom), the Three Characteristics (The natural rule as 3 topics ; impermanence, suffering and not-self) ,the Four Noble Truths (Problem solving technique as suffering/problem definition, root cause, cessation(target and results) and paths or countermeasure) , Foundations of mindfulness 4 (Created power of mentality and wisdom as physical (body or process), measurement (good/normal/bad), cause analysis and principle (Dhamma or standards )) and Effort 4 (Reduce or eliminate, Improve or develop, Maintain and Prevention) etc. This all, are the summary of basic of Buddhist Style in Management.
